How do I change the assigned user of a questionnaire?

To change the assigned user of a questionnaire, click on the option to ‘Assign users’ on the questionnaire.
Background
The assigned user of a questionnaire is the user who last responded to it. The assigned user will be the sole user to receive notifications regarding the status of the questionnaire. In order to assure that the correct user is receiving notifications about the status of a questionnaire, only the user last to have responded to it will receive these.
Steps
- Go to your dashboard on Supplier Registration Service
- Select ‘view’ on the relevant questionnaire from your dashboard
- Select ‘view workflow’ above the questionnaire summary
- On the right-hand side, underneath ‘options’, select ‘assign users’
- Change the Responding user to the user to whom you wish to assign the questionnaire to and click ‘save’. This user will then receive all notifications regarding the status of this particular questionnaire.
