My E-mail address has changed, how can I update this on the platform?

You are not able to change your registered email address on the platform, instead you must send a Contact us form.
Background
For data security reasons, the ability to amend a user’s email address is not available on the Supplier Registration Service platform. Instead, a Contact us form must be sent including the user request. Once the request has been received, you must pass the security section before the support team is able to amend the email address.
Steps
- Go to the Contact us form
- From the drop-down menu, select 'Account Settings'
- From the list of questions, select 'none of these questions help' in order to open the message box
