If you have accidentally used your invitation code for the wrong location, send a Contact us Form to the Supplier Registration Service support team.

 

Background

Invitation codes are intended for single use and so it is important to ensure you share the correct questionnaire with your customer. Should you have accidentally entered your code for the wrong questionnaire, we may be able to reset this for you so that you can reuse it to share the correct questionnaire.

 

Steps

  1. Go to ‘Contact us’ at the bottom of your dashboard.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select ‘questionnaires’
  3. From the list of questions, select ‘none of these questions help’
  4. In your Contact us form message please include the code itself, the name of the organisation which provided you with the code, the details of the questionnaire for which the code should be applied and if necessary, a request that the duplicate questionnaire(s) be deleted.
