Why is the first page of the questionnaire informing me that I am only part way through the questionnaire when I come to edit my responses?

The message ‘You are 0% through this questionnaire’ refers to the page on which you are situated in the questionnaire.
Background
Each page of the questionnaire is designed to provide you with a percentage which allows you to understand your current place within the questionnaire. 0% therefore means that you are 0% of the way through the questionnaire, not that 0 answers have been provided.
Steps
- Go to your dashboard on the Supplier Registration Service platform
- Select ‘Respond’ on your questionnaire
- Once in the questionnaire, answer the questions and select the option to ‘Continue’
