If you have forgotten the answer to your secret question, log in to the Supplier Registration Service platform and change the answer.
Background
When calling the Supplier Registration Service support team and for other tasks, you will be asked for the answer to your secret question. If you do not know the answer to the secret question that was set up during the account creation, you will not be able to have in-depth guidance but instead just basic assistance.
When setting up your secret question on the Supplier Registration Service platform, you are able to select from a number of memorable questions.
Steps
- Go to your dashboard on the Supplier Registration Service platform
- Select your name at the top right of the page
- Scroll down to the ‘Security’ section
- Select the option to ‘Edit secret answer’
