How can I remove users from my organisation's account?

To remove users from your account, you must inform the Supplier Registration Service support team.
Background
A user with the User Manager permission is able to disable a user from the ‘Manage your users’ hyperlink on the dashboard. To remove a user, the User Manager must send a contact us form to the Supplier Registration Service support team who will then action this within 30 days.
Steps
- Go to your dashboard on Supplier Registration Service platform
- Go to ‘Manage your users’
- Select to ‘View’ the relevant user
- Select the option to ‘Disable’ the user on the right
