You may be receiving these email alerts as you may have created duplicate questionnaires on your dashboard.
Background
Duplicate questionnaires are created by clicking ‘start questionnaires’ rather than navigating to your dashboard where you will find the questionnaire that you have already started. For every questionnaire that remains in the ‘responding stage’, one ‘incomplete response’ E-mail will be sent every 7 days.
Steps
- Go to your dashboard on the Supplier Registration Service platform
- Go to the relevant questionnaire
- Select the option to ‘Delete’ the questionnaire
