I tried to apply the invitation code, but receive an error message stating 'the code is invalid'; - what should I do?

If you are receiving an error message when entering your invitation code, please contact support via the Contact Us Form or via Live Chat.
Background
There are multiple possible reasons for this error message to have appeared. To determine the underlying issue and have this solved for you, please contact the Supplier Registration Service support team who will be able to assist you in solving this matter.
Steps
- Go to your dashboard on Supplier Registration Service platform
- Select ‘contact us’ at the bottom of your dashboard.
- From the drop-down menu, select ‘questionnaires’
- From the list of questions, select ‘none of these questions help’
- In your Contact us form message please include the code itself, the name of the organisation which provided you with the code, the details of the questionnaire for which the code should be applied and if necessary, a request that duplicate questionnaire(s) be deleted.
