Answer

Go to 'Contact Us' and let us know if your hardware token is lost or stolen.

Background

If your hardware token is lost or stolen, it does not mean that anyone else can use it. It is just one factor in a two-factor authentication process and it is not enough for somebody to get into your account. Report your token as lost or stolen so that this can be disabled and a new one can be issued.

Steps

  1. Go to Contact Us form and let us know that your hardware token is lost or stolen
  2. You will be notified once your two-factor authentication has been disabled
  3. You will be contacted before a new hardware token is issued
  4. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a new hardware token via secure mail delivery
