Why did I not receive a notification explaining that my questionnaire has expired?

You may have not received a notification to confirm that your questionnaire has expired due to the alert preferences that you have set for your account.
Background
Your alert preferences were determined by you during your registration to the Supplier Registration Service platform. If you did not select ‘Assessment Expiry Alerts’ then you will have opted-out of all alerts regarding the expiration of certain documentation within your questionnaire.
Steps
- Go to your dashboard on the Supplier Registration Service platform
- Access your user profile by clicking on your name at the top of your dashboard.
- Scroll down to the ‘Alerts’ section’ and select 'Edit'
- Tick ‘Assessment Expiry Alerts’ to receive alerts when your questionnaire goes in to the expired stage
