Users are able to see their questionnaire score on the ‘View’ page of the questionnaire.

Background

The 'Scores' functionality allows you to view the achieved questionnaire results displayed as a collective view, enabling you to easily identify areas of high and low performance. The scores are split into questionnaire themes and the responses for each theme can be viewed by clicking on the relevant theme name. The NQC Questionnaire Rating is independent of your buyer evaluation or rating.

Steps

  1. Go to your dashboard on the Supplier Registration Service platform
  2. Locate the relevant questionnaire in your dashboard and click ‘view’
  3. Your questionnaire rating will be featured on the right hand side. To view a more detailed overview of your performance in certain areas, click ‘view more’ below the rating.
