Two-factor authentication is a security process which requires the user to provide two different authentication methods to verify themselves when accessing a web platform. In addition to your username and password, you enter a single-use code that is generated via an authentication software app on your mobile phone.

1. Choose the authentication app that you want to use such as Google Authenticator
2. Download the app onto your mobile phone
